Ethos
I took the name from the falcon that hovers completely motionless in the air before it moves — total control, not raw speed. That's the tone I try to keep: precise, calm, unhurried. Understand the flight before you commit to it, then act cleanly.
What we do
Kestrel gives you an instant, honest estimate for any private charter route — a real price band by aircraft category, sourced live from the Villiers Jets operator network — and a continuously refreshed list of discounted empty-leg flights. When you're ready to fly, I route your request to Villiers and its vetted operators for a confirmed quote, and I answer you personally.
Who you'll deal with
Me. I'm Mihai Răzvan, the founder. I know the inventory, I reply myself, and I usually get back to people within a few hours. My aim is to make private flight feel less opaque — to show you what's actually available, what it actually costs, and whether an empty leg or a full charter makes more sense for your trip.
What we are not
Kestrel is not an air carrier. We do not own, operate, or dispatch aircraft. Every flight is operated by a licensed third-party operator, arranged through Villiers Jets under the aviation regulations of the operating jurisdiction. Kestrel may earn a commission on flights you book — you pay the same price either way.
